Our COVID-19 Response:

Our office is open and counseling sessions are continuing as scheduled. If you call our office to cancel your appointment due to illness or out of precaution due to the Coronavirus, we will return your call to reschedule or set up a session via Telehealth if appropriate. Our Administrative staff is limited during this time due to school closures so please be patient with us in returning your call. Further updates will be posted.

Out of safety for our clients and our staff at CrossWay Counseling Center, we ask everyone to take the following precautions:

  1.  Please use the hand-sanitizer provided as you enter the building and before entering your counseling session. Please refrain from physical contact with your counselor (no handshaking or hugging).

  2. If you have any could/flu like symptoms, we ask that you wear the mask provided while you are in the building. (If a young child is sick and unable to keep a mask on during session, their session will need to be rescheduled.)

  3.  If you would prefer to do distance sessions (via Telehealth/computer) during this time of precaution please speak to your counselor or one of our receptionists to sign the appropriate paperwork and receive instructions.

CrossWay Counseling Center opened in September of 2009 with a desire to reach out to those, lost and hurting in the Billings Heights. We opened with just one counselor and shortly thereafter, a dog named Gus! We have since that time, grown to a full team of gifted and highly trained professional counselors whose passion it is to guide people to find healing, reconciliation, and wholeness of mind and heart.

We desire to be the helping hands and feet to those in our community who courageously reach for help. We seek to be a model counseling agency known for its integrity, professionalism and uncompromising commitment to our clients. We recognize that the human experience, whether troublesome or fulfilling, has spiritual, social, psychological, and physical components and that life’s stresses vary from individual to individual. Our counselors combine traditional counseling and psychotherapy services with a sensitivity to each person’s faith and spiritual walk, welcoming and respecting those from all faiths as well as those who have no religious affiliation.
